The Plexus Run for Hope is a family friendly event that benefits charity and your well-being.

Why Run?

Every step counts when you run for charity. Each year, the Plexus Run for Hope will donate its proceeds to a local charity in need. In 2017, we ran for Harbor House Domestic Abuse Programs. The Harbor House supports survivors of domestic abuse through a variety of plans to meet an individual’s needs. Whether you are an avid runner, spirited walker or ready to try something new, a step for you is a step for hope.

Have you ever participated in a 5K before? If not, give it a try! Bring your friends and family and walk, jog or run at any pace you would like.  You don’t need to be a seasoned runner to have fun. Click here to view Mayo Clinic’s 5K training tips.
